Feed the body
Preparing meals and placing them directly into the hands of people who need food is the work happening now.

Faith in action. Care in hand.
Feeding your body and your soul.
A faith-rooted mission preparing and sharing meals, offering hope through Jesus Christ, and growing toward more practical support for people in need.

Current outreach
Double Dose Missions begins with something direct: preparing food, portioning meals, and pairing practical care with words of faith.
These photographs show the work taking shape in Tracy's own hands—from the kitchen counter to packed containers with handwritten scripture cards. The promise is simple: nourishment for the body and encouragement for the soul.

Prepared with practical care. Packed with personal encouragement.
The mission
Food is the beginning. Double Dose Missions is built around meeting both practical and spiritual needs with care that remains personal.
Preparing meals and placing them directly into the hands of people who need food is the work happening now.
Every act of care is rooted in Jesus Christ, with encouragement and faith-based literature offered without losing sight of the person in front of us.
Clothing and donated household goods are the next areas of support Double Dose Missions is working toward.

Meet the people behind the mission
Tracy SappFounder
Double Dose Missions is growing from a practical starting point: do what can be done now, keep faith visible, and treat every person with dignity.
Tracy's vision reaches toward food, clothing, household goods, and encouragement rooted in Jesus Christ. For now, the meals show where that vision has already become hands-on work.
Louie RiskPartner
Louie helped inspire the “double dose” at the heart of the mission: nourishment for the body alongside scripture and encouragement for the spirit.
Building carefully
Tracy's next hope is to help with clothing and donated household items as the mission gains the capacity to receive and distribute them.
Those programs are not presented as active yet. This site will grow with the work itself, adding clear ways to help only when the process is ready.
Connect with the mission
